By booking a class, workshop or event at Wheelhouse, you agree to the following:
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund or transfer to another available session. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time and no-shows are non-refundable. Certain workshops, special events or experiences may have different cancellation terms (including a longer cancellation period), which will be clearly stated on the individual event page. Where specific terms are stated, these will take precedence over our standard cancellation policy.
Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another person or eligible session. Please contact The Wheelhouse team before the session begins to arrange this.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session to allow enough time to settle in. We have a 5-minute cut-off after the scheduled start time, after which entry may be refused. This helps us avoid disrupting the facilitator and other guests once the session is underway. Late arrivals who are unable to join the session are not eligible for a refund.
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, Wheelhouse classes, workshops and events are for guests aged 18 and over. Where an event is open to younger guests, any specific age requirements will be clearly communicated.
The Wheelhouse reserves the right to change the facilitator, make reasonable adjustments to the programme, or cancel or reschedule a session where necessary. If Wheelhouse cancels a session, guests will be offered a transfer to another available session or a full refund.
Please consider whether a session is suitable for you and inform the facilitator before the session of any relevant injuries, pregnancy, health conditions or other considerations that may affect your participation. Participation is at your own discretion, and our programming is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Please take care of your personal belongings while visiting The Wheelhouse. We cannot accept responsibility for belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Questions or need to change your booking? Please contact the Wheelhouse Team before your session and we'll be happy to help.
